Since my Z900RS cafe didn't really seem to have problems shifting as long as I paid attention to technique, I debated with myself about buying this part. Some users have reported being very satisfied with improvement found using this. So I thought why not try this out. The design seemed very good being able to center the shaft after the bracket for the holder was mounted, keeping out of line tension to a minimum. I am happy to report that the improvement in shifter feel was quite a welcom surprise, it exceeded my expectations for function and I would not want to remove the part after riding with it for a hundred miles. My first to second and fifth to sixth gear changes are considerably smoother than before. I don't really have to concentrate on shift and clutch technique as much to get good clean gear changes!View Detail
